Response When Seconds Matter

A monitoring service is judged on three numbers: how fast a signal is received, how accurately it’s interpreted, and how quickly the right response goes out. Every part of our central station is built to compress those three windows.

UL-Listed Central Station

Redundant power, redundant connectivity, geographically distributed backup — our monitoring center stays online when others don’t.

Trained, Vetted Operators

Every operator is licensed, background-checked, and trained on the response protocols specific to your account — not reading from a generic script.

Multi-Channel Response

Police, fire, medical, your contact list, and any custom escalation chain — every channel you need, automatically triggered by signal type.

What Our Monitoring Service Covers

A single central station handling signal reception, verification, dispatch, and notification — for every system in your building, day or night.

24/7 Signal Reception

UL-listed central station with redundant connections receiving every signal in real time — burglar, fire, panic, supervisory, environmental, and access events — logged the moment they arrive.

Verified Dispatch

Trained operators verify alarms before dispatching emergency services — reducing false dispatches, lowering false-alarm fines, and getting verified emergencies a faster response from local authorities.

Notification & Escalation

SMS, voice, email, and app notifications to your contact list — with escalation when no one responds and a full audit trail of who was reached, when, and through which channel.

Specialized Monitoring

Fire alarm monitoring with direct fire-department interface, supervisory signal handling (low temperature, water, gas), and cross-system context from video and access events tied to each signal.

How We Install Your System

A direct, no-surprises onboarding process from first account setup to fully live monitoring.

1

Account Setup

We document your signal types, response protocols, and contact chains — everything our operators need to act correctly the first time on your behalf.

2

Protocol Mapping

Every signal mapped to a response: who gets called, in what order, what gets dispatched automatically, and what requires verification first.

3

Connect & Test

Your panel is connected to our station, every signal type is tested end-to-end, and your account is verified with both the central station and your AHJ where required.

4

Live Monitoring

Continuous signal reception, immediate dispatch when a real alarm fires, and account-level support for protocol updates and event reporting.

24/7 Central Station Operations

Three layers of redundancy: dual primary internet links, cellular backup at the panel, and a geographically separated secondary monitoring center. If one path fails, the next takes over invisibly — and your signals still arrive in seconds.

  • Immediate police, fire, and medical dispatch
  • Two-way verification to reduce false dispatches
  • Text and email status messages for every event

UL Listed & Audit-Ready

UL-listed facility, NFPA-compliant procedures for fire signals, and full event audit logs available on demand — for AHJ inspections, insurance claims, HR investigations, and compliance reviews.

  • Installation by licensed, trained technicians
  • Annual inspections and compliance reporting
  • Service response within hours, not days

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions homeowners and business owners ask before signing on for professional monitoring.

What’s the difference between professional monitoring and self-monitoring?

Self-monitoring sends alerts to your phone — and stops there. If you’re asleep, in a meeting, or on vacation, the signal sits unread. Professional monitoring means a trained operator sees every signal in real time, verifies it, and dispatches emergency services or notifies your contact list according to your protocols — whether or not you ever look at your phone.

How fast does someone respond when an alarm fires?

Signals reach our central station in seconds. For verified emergencies, operators are typically on a call to dispatch within 30 to 60 seconds of signal receipt. Non-emergency notifications (supervisory, environmental, low-priority) follow the contact-chain priority you set.

Can you monitor my existing alarm system, or do I need new equipment?

We can monitor most major alarm brands — Bosch, Honeywell, DSC, DMP, and others. If your panel is compatible (most are), takeover is a matter of paperwork and a brief reprogramming visit. We confirm compatibility before quoting, so there are no surprises.

What kinds of signals do you monitor besides burglar alarms?

Fire, smoke, heat, carbon monoxide, supervisory devices (low temperature, sump pump failure, power loss, gas), panic and hold-up signals, waterflow, access control events, and environmental sensors. If your system can send a signal, our station can receive it and route it appropriately.

How are false alarms handled?

We verify before dispatching wherever verification is possible — two-way audio, video clip review, or contact-list confirmation — depending on signal type and your account preferences. Verified dispatch is significantly faster (no waiting on questions) and substantially reduces false-alarm fines from local authorities.

What happens if power, phone, or internet goes out at my facility?

Modern panels include cellular backup that connects directly to our station — independent of your local network or phone service. Battery backup keeps the panel running through power loss. Signals continue to arrive, and we also receive a supervisory alert when your primary path fails, so we know to expect possible cellular-only operation.

Do you provide event reports for AHJ inspections or insurance claims?

Yes. Every signal received is logged with timestamp, signal type, operator action, and dispatch outcome. We provide event histories on demand for AHJ inspections, insurance claims, HR investigations, and audit reviews — typically same-day for standard requests.
